Mechanical parts processing
The company has a full range of machining equipment, including ultra-precision CNC lathes, five-axis machining centres, high-precision wire cutting, and is capable of processing shaped optical parts and a variety of high-precision mechanical parts.
Processing of infrared optical components
The company has ultra-precision single-point diamond lathe, polishing machine, and other equipments, which can process various optical components such as spherical, non spherical, diffractive, off-axis non spherical, etc. Also has a high level of coating technology for AR, DLC, HD, reflective and filter films.
Infrared optical components inspection
Our company has TYLOR profilometer, laser interferometer, thick-ness gauge, dual path center deviation detector, spectrometer, etc., which comprehensively inspect the parameters of optical components such as surface, thickness, eccentricity and transmittance.
IR lens assembly
The assembly team uses large aperture parallel collimator, dual optical path centroid measuring instrument for IR lens assembly and adjustment work, to ensure that the image quality, optical axis consistency, parfocality and other aspects to meet the customer's needs.
